How To Deposit Member Dues Into ASSU ePay

This page provides step-by-step instructions for individuals submitting Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) dues. Completing this process is an essential step to ensure that your dues are properly transferred into your group’s ASSU account, allowing them to be paid in full as a lump sum through the ASSU card available in the office when your Financial Officer (FO) processes payments on behalf of your organization.

1. Navigate to the ASSU ePay website:
   Open your browser and navigate to https://assuepay.stanford.edu/.

2. Login with your SUNet ID:
   Use your SUNet credentials to log in.

3. Select Role:
   As a member paying dues, select the first option "Payer," which lists your name underneath.

4. Choose to "Make a Payment":

6. Select Payment Type "Dues":

7. Fill out information fields:
   Please enter your name, the nature of the dues (e.g., quarterly, annual), as well as the payment amount.

8. Choose Payment Method:
   You may choose to pay by credit card, bank withdrawal (requires a U.S.-based account), or bank transfer. Please provide the requested information for your selected payment method.

   Note: When paying by credit card, you may see a notice about an additional fee or charge. This fee will be reimbursed by our team once your payment is processed.

Upon submission of your payment, you will receive an email confirmation verifying the transaction. You will also be redirected to the Payment History page, where a new sidebar tab labeled “My Payments” will appear. If the submitted payment does not appear immediately, please refresh the page.

A confirmation email will be sent to both you and the designated contact for the student organization receiving the payment. Should you have any questions, you may reply directly to the confirmation email to contact your Financial Officer (FO).
