Covers costs for event-related expenses, including facility rental, technical services, and public safety. Purchases can be made from on- or off-campus vendors per University requirements. Funding is based on itemization/quotes and discretion, excluding free options. Listed below are line items and instances in which you can apply for funding with the Event Services account.

- Covers non-security-related expenses such as facility rental, janitorial services, table and chair setup, staging, and technical services.

- Aim to minimize costs by finding facilities that do not charge rental or janitorial fees.

- Check with the Lending Library for technical equipment.

- Provide a current quote (requested within the past year) or last year's invoice.

- Covers costs for providing security at VSO-sponsored events.

- Fully funded if required by hosting facilities.
