CC Reconciliation Error
You will have 10 days from the date the credit card reconciliation is sent to you to submit your receipts and complete the reconciliation process.
After the 10-day period, if the required receipts have not been added, your GrantEd account will automatically lock.
Once your account is locked, the following restrictions will apply:
You will only be able to:
Clear advance payments.
Submit your credit card reconciliation request.
Your credit card will be put on hold, and you will not be able to use it for any further transactions until the issue is resolved.
If your account is locked, you will encounter an error message when attempting to submit new requests. This error will indicate that your account has been locked due to missing reconciliation.
The lock will be lifted once your credit card reconciliation has reached the approved stage and all necessary receipts have been submitted.
